We welcome your feedback and ideas on how we can strengthen inclusive practices, remove barriers to participation, and help create a chapter where all members feel welcomed, respected, and able to participate.

- DEI-related needs, concerns, or challenges you have experienced or observed
- Ideas for improving inclusivity, accessibility, and belonging within our Chapter
- Resources, programs, or educational opportunities you would find valuable
- Opportunities for collaboration with members, committees, students, employers, or community organizations
- Suggestions for how the DEI Committee can better support and engage our members
