President's Message
Welcome, and thank you for being part of our San Jose ASHRAE community.
As we look ahead to the coming year, my focus is clear: community, family, and real human connection. In a world that continues to move faster every day, I believe there are times for slowing down just enough to truly connect—with each other, with our profession, and with the people we serve.
This year, we’re placing a strong emphasis on in-person engagement. From social gatherings to local meetups and our educational events at the Delta Hotel and elsewhere. Our chapter is committed to building relationships that go beyond the workplace. We want our organization to feel like an extended family—where your skills are valued, your presence matters, and your contributions make a real difference. All our events will be posted on our San Jose ASHRAE website.
Whether you're a longtime member or just getting started, we invite you to bring your energy, your ideas, and your heart to the table. Together, let’s create a culture of mentorship, learning, and service—one that reflects the best of who we are, both as engineers and as people in the Bay Area.
